We’ve got six movies in post-production (Adrian, Litzi, Benjamin, Rachel, Araceli, and Michael). Sarina, Crystina, and Kyle are working on a Solar Cooking movie for Ms. Cheung. Whew!
You might be curious how we’re getting all this work done. We started off with one camera that was purchased from when Mr. Hauder was principal at Reese. It’s a Canon with firewire. And just today, the 4th grade EETT team graciously lent us two more firewire cameras.
Firewire cameras are my preference. They work well with iMovie. We have a total of six laptops. Two running OS X and the rest running OS 9. Can you believe that? OS 9!
Because of the great work from the District Maintenance Team, we’re able to film in two roomy spaces next our class. I just received a second clapper board to mark the scenes and takes. Exciting!
Let’s see what’s next! Hopefully better movies.
