Gung Hay Fat Choy! This week we honor Chinese New Year – Year of the Dragon.  If you celebrate this holiday, please post something about how your family celebrates. We’d love to hear all about your family traditions. If you don’t celebrate, please post anything you know about Chinese New Year. For example, do you know what animal represents you based on your year of birth? Do you agree with what it says about you?
