The town of Two Mills is similar to Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan’s home because they’re both divided. The town of Two Mills were divided because of race, so blacks and whites were separated into two areas. Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan’s home was divided because they hated each other and they stopped sharing, so there was two of everything. Two Mills and Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan’s home were similar because they were separated from each other and they lived in different areas. As you can see, Two Mills and Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan’s home are divided.

Two Mills is very similar to the home Jeffery had at his aunt’s and uncle’s house. It is very similar because his aunt and uncle have two of everything. In two Mills they have two races. Colored in the East end and White in the West end. In the book Amanda Beale, the first person Jeffery ever met, thought who was this white stranger kid? And what is he doing in the East end, where almost all the kids were black?

In the story Maniac Magee a boy named Jeffrey was temporarily living in the West End. He had meet this girl named Amanda Beale who was nice to Jeffrey. The town of Two Mills and the house of Aunt Dot’s and Uncle Dan’s were in similar a few ways. In both places, he didn’t have a home with his uncle and aunt, because they were all never together. He doesn’t have a home or a house in Two Mills either, since he ran away from his uncle and aunt’s house. Although, there was something or someone in town named Amanda. She had seemed to trust him without even actually getting to know him. That had probably made Jeffery feel a little more at home.

In the Town of Two Mills there is east end and the west end and this is similar to Jeffrey’s aunt and uncle because everything is separate and the West End was for whites and the East End was for blacks. This is just like Jeffrey’s aunt and uncle because they have two of everything. And the different races basically have two of everything. They live in separate parts. The East End and the West End.

They have two toasters, two bathrooms, two TVs, two refrigerators, and they had to divide Maniac Magee. Each one has there own one and they divided Magee aunt dot Monday and uncle Dan on Tuesday and so on.

A Divided World
In the book Maniac Magee, The town of Two Mills is divided into the West End and the East End. The West End is where Caucasians live, and the East End is where African-Americans live. The protagonist, Jeffrey Lionel Magee, Maniac Magee lives with his Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan. His aunt and uncle were once in love, and are married, but they have fallen out of love, and they hate each other. They won’t get a divorce because of their religion, but they live in two separate worlds, even though they live in the same house. They don’t even use each other’s things. They have two toasters, two fridges, etc. Their house is so similar to Two Mills because for instance, Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan live in their two separate worlds, just like the West End and the East End. Also, the West End and the East End rarely or never communicate, just like Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan. Finally, Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan live as far away as possible, just like the East End and the West End. In conclusion, Uncle Dan and Aunt Dot’s house is remarkably similar to the West End and the East End.

The main Character Jeffrey, Lived with his unhappy and uptight Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan who rather have two of everything instead of One of everything. Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan once loved each other, and are married but they have fallen out of love, and they hate each other. They won’t get a divorce because they are catholic, but they live in two separate worlds, even though they live in the same house. They don’t ever use the same things. They have two toasters, two fridges, and many more. There house is like Two Mills because for instance, They live different. Finally, Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan live as far away as possible.

They both divided themselves. Jeffery’s aunt and uncle divided Jeffery between them. Two Mills divided the East end and the West end by using Hector Street as a border.

In conclusion, the aunt is like the east and the uncle is like the west. Therefore the aunt and uncle is alike to the town Two Mills.

The West End is for the whites and the east is for the colored people. His aunt and uncle’s house is divided because of an argument so they have two of every item in the house. Everything is divided between them two. As you can see they are both divided in a certain way which makes them similar.

The whites were in the East and the blacks were in the West. With Grandpa Dan and Aunt Dot everything in there house is splitted the bathrooms, TV, refrigerators, and toasters. All in all Jeffery had been living in a divided world.

Divided
The Two Mills are related to Jeffrey’s aunt Dot and uncle Dan because the west and the east end’s hate each other. Just like aunt Dot and uncle Dan hate each other. The reason why the two mills hated each other because the west side was where the white people lived, the east was where the black people lived and the both sides don’t get along that well. The east and the west end has never seen anyone from both sides cross come to the opposite side. Just like Jeffrey’s aunt and uncle never shared anything with each other. All in all this is how the Two Mills are related to aunt Dot and uncle Dan.
Maniac Magee Divided
Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan hated each other, but because they were strict catholics, they wouldn’t get a divorced. They stopped sharing these things they had two refrigerators, two bathrooms, two toasters and they wouldn’t see each other any more it was like if they had there own house. On Monday Maniac had to eat with Aunt Don and on tuesday Maniac had to eat with Uncle Dan and so on.

In the story “Maniac Magee” the town Two Mills is where Jeffrey is but he used to live with his Aunt Dot and his Uncle Dan. Jeffrey does not want to live with his Aunt and Uncle because they have two bathrooms, two TVs, two refrigerators, and two toasters. But that’s not all Jeffrey’s Aunt and Uncle always are arguing but they don’t get a diverse. Jeffrey ran away from his Aunt and Uncle because he didn’t like that they have two of everything, that they argue all the time, and they both are greedy. Jeffrey likes it much better in Two Mills because he doesn’t have to hear arguing all the time.
