• 2016 Revision of the Science Framework
  SB300 (Chapter 480, Statutes of 2013) calls for the revision of the Science Framework align with the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).

  On September 4, 2013, the SBE adopted the Next Generation Science Standards for California Public Schools, Kindergarten through Grade Twelve (CA NGSS) as required by California Education Code 60605.85.
