Happy Friday!

Happy Friday Everyone! I hope you all had a fabulous week!

Today we had an AMAZING presentation by our very own Lily on Chinese New Year! She taught our class to write the numbers 1-10 in Chinese! She did a fantastic job! Thank you, Lily!

Today we took a test on Topic 7 and this week’s reading selection. In writing, we created some acrostic poems. We will continue to work on our African American Hero project (the Cereal Box Project) next week and be ready to put it all together the following week. In social studies, we are continuing to study each of the state regions. Tuesday, we will be tested on the southeast states and capitals. (We didn’t get to it today.)Β  Students must memorize the pairs and know the correct spelling of each. The next region is the Mid-Atlantic Region.

We have PE on Tuesday and Thursday next week. Library is every Thursday and Computers will be on Tuesday.

My next Teacher’s Assistant is AVA! She is very respectful!

Have a fabulous THREE-DAY weekend! πŸ™‚
