Shade Structure

Project Dates: October 2019 – February 2020

Installation of an outdoor shade structure to include accessibility improvements and concrete pads.

Proposition 39 Modernization Improvements

Project Dates: April – August 2019

Funded in part by Proposition 39 and in part by Measure M, the school will receive replacement of HVAC equipment/units, lighting, and partial roofing. The Proposition 39 K-12 Program is a five-year, State of California initiative to “improve energy efficiency and expand clean energy generation in schools.”

Roofing

Project Dates: March – August 2018

New roof system installed that is a combination of Energy Star rated, single-ply and AlphaGuard BIO urethane on the library, multi-purpose room, and C and E wings.

Upcoming Projects

Shade Structures

Installation of all-steel shade shelters to protect playground and outdoor seating areas from excessive heat and sun. Structures will be permanently mounted on a concrete pad.
