LARISSA'S SOCCER WORLD

Today, Mexico played U.S.A. The score ended up being 0 to 2. So, that means U.S.A won the game. One goal was scored by the MVP, Landon Donovan. The other goal I have no idea who scored it because I forgot. Clint Dempsey missed a penalty shot. So it stayed at 2 to 0.

Uruguay was the first country to win the world cup in 1930. They played against Argentina and the score was 4-2. Uruaguay and Argentina played in Uruaguay . So, I guess you can say that Uruguay had a slight advantage.

AMERICA VS. TOLUCA

America had control for the whole game. They had so many oppurtunities and Aquivaldo Mosquera ( number three) was able to take advantage of it. It was an awesome goal. What an awesome header. He scored in the first 15 minutes of the game. Toluca just counld’t score. They were just too close. America stopped all of Toluca’s oppurtunities. Towards the end there was only a couple of minutes to go Jesus Antonio Molina scored (number five). He scored with a great header.
