When I was called to the front yard while I was writing another chapter of “A Starry Night Odyssey”, I found that one of our neighbor’s sprinklers were wasting a lot of water. My grandma takes care of kids, and since I live at her house with my parents, we had some tiny help. (The tiny help is tiny children).

I’m really not sure what it’s called, but you know the part where rainwater collects on the edge of the curb? We got out some cups and tried to collect most of the water. We collected it in a huge bucket.  I could tuck myself into it if I really wanted to.

This is going to really knock you over, so find a chair or something. Good? Okay, so . . . Actually, sit on the floor.

Okay, we were able to fill that ginormous bucket 3 1/2 TIMES!!!!

I told you were going to fall over! And you didn’t listen!

It was fun watching you roll over though.
