Power of Pollution

The sky blackens darkness falls

People shouting I hear their calls

These cars, this trash, this oil

Now the earth begins to foil

The world will fall because of us

And in it there will be disgust

Everyone would and will cast their blame

But in the end it is too late to reclaim

Now remember this and think upon it

Next time you litter, don’t, act on it

I Am Poem

I am an intelligent young girl.

I wonder if I can go to college.

I hear the wind whistling through the trees.

I see people who care for the for others.

I wish everyone is kind and thoughtful.

I am an intelligent young girl.

I pretend to be an explorer.

I feel proud of who I am.

I touch my family when I give them a hug.

I worry about others pain.

I cry when I am hurt emotionally.

I am an intelligent young girl.

I understand that my family loves me.

I dream of touching the stars.

I try to work hard at everything.

I hope I can change the world.

I am an intelligent young girl.
