You are invited to join Assemblymember Jim Cooper, Elk Grove Councilmember Steve Ly and members of the community in commemorating those who lost their lives during the Secret War in Laos or on their journey to America. This month marks the 40-year anniversary of the fall of Laos and the massive exodus of Hmong, Mien, Khamu, and Lao.
