Whether it’s listening to music or playing games.This is my place to drown out my emotions or memories that sometimes strike back at my mind to make me feel a certain way.Also to just sit with my back straight up to my chair not over thing,but deep thinking about everything in reality that can include mistakes,memories of the mistakes,or memories where there used to be less negativity over all cermonstances. ]
