You could have some tea and slow down breath deep and really enjoy it. Meditate? Take a walk- being outside calms us down instantly. Take a bath, read a book, pray, get some exercise in, play soccer outside, clean your room (a tidy space clears the mind, get organized, bullet journal, or fill out your agenda. Shoot some hoops, call your grandmother (family relationships and connecting make us feel complete). Think about the things you wrote yesterday and do one of those things or try something new. Need ideas? You can get to that group work list your class made yesterday.
These Activities such as reading and playing video games can be my most calming hobby’s I like to do to get my mind off things that I worry about sometimes as a 16 year old.
Gaming helps me with my social anxieties and reading helps me better understand reality depending on how much my mind can form different words inside a book.
