The artist that inspired this was Frida Kahlo. She was a surrealist painter. her artwork was very much inspired by the new science of psychology.  her work is emotional and explored the buried images, memories and symbols of her own subconscious mind.

Here is some of her paintings:

these are the paintings that inspired my Photoshop image and the story behind these paintings are that she was going through some tough times with her husband and they were all she could think about so that’s the reason the put him on her forehead. to represent that she is always thinking about him.

I liked the idea behind the paintings so I took a selfie and added a flower crown as she had something similar to that in the second painting. then I added a picture of Matt Healy’s face to my forehead because he is someone I think about a lot.

before I took the selfie I would’ve cleaned my  eye makeup a little bit because it draw unwanted attention to my eye and photoshop wouldn’t fix it. I do like how it came out but the lighting but the different colors of skin tone on matt and I looks a little weird as well.

Zombie Christmas poster

the process that went into this poster was first choosing a picture. I had to make sure that all of the characters were looking in the right direction. I had to pick a photo that everyone was in the right position that went with their roles in the play. I then added some vibrance and took away light from the image to make it look more like winter and to give it that dark vibe.

Blur

This Is the Pan Blur photo. To create this image i had to follow my subject with them camera as he moved.

this is the regular blur photo. to achieve this image i had to move the camera quickly across the scene as i pressed the button on the camera.

this is the stop action photo. to create this image i had to stay in one place and allow my subject to make obvious movement as i took the picture in the middle of her movement.
