The cameras tend to make the foreground and the background blend together in a photo. the human eye, though, is excellent in in distinguishing elements in a picture. at the time of shooting look around for a more plain background for you focal point so it doesn’t blend as much as it would if it had a busy background.
While preparing to photograph your subject take some time to think about where you will shoot it from. as a result, it can greatly affect the the message that the photo conveys.rather than shooting at eye level, take the picture from above, below, the side, very close up and even very far away.
We are constantly surrounded by patterns, natural and man-made. Some are settle and some are very eye- catching. The Patterns that do catch our eye are particularly in situations that are not expected. a way to break the symmetry is to introduce a new focal point in the photo. 
Using different lines in your photos can enhance it. Naturally, by looking at a picture, our eye is naturally drawn to the lines. Different ways of using lines in your picture can affect they way we view an image.
Placing your object off center will make your picture more interesting , yet it may leave a void, where most of your picture is left blank. You can balance it out and make it pop even more, by adding another object of less importance.
Imagine your picture is divided into 9 parts; 2 vertical lines and 2 horizontal lines. This rule of thirds says that your most important object in the picture should be placed along these lines or where they intersect. This should add balance and interest to your photos.

I am from the Disneyland family pictures on the wall from all the trips,
I am from the bright purple walls of a young girls room,
I am from the palm trees and the bright pink flowers right outback,
I am from the regular three times a week softball games,
from the “Don’t touch that” to “Get off of Instagram!”
I am from Sacramento and homemade mashed potatoes and salads,
from the surfing accident stories at the lake house up in Seattle to the “Oh No ! My hair is wet !”
I am from the memories of the pictures on the wall that are worth a million dollars
