Having a fun night!

Near and Dear..

A person who is near and dear to me is my little cousin Maddie. She is so fun to  be around because we are so close in age. Whenever we are together its always a good time. We can play around or talk seriously together. Though one of obstacles that we have to get around is the distance. I live in California and my cousin Maddie lives in Washington. I love her so much. I consider her my sister. We are very close and talk all the time and see eachother almost three times a year.

My Special Place..

My special place is anywhere I can play softball. I love to play softball, and have been playing for as long as I can remember! When I get to go out and play softball, whether for 45 minutes or 3 hours, I get to clear my mind of everything that is stressing me out or anything that I’m worried about. It’s a good way to relieve stress and it also is a good workout. I’ve been playing softball since I was four and don’t plan on stopping anytime in the near future. Right now is the start of the highschool softball season. Currently we are conditioning for the tryouts coming up in January. Whenever I am frustrated softball can always help calm me down. It’s a great way for anyone to relieve stress, and be with some people that are very fun to be around. It is also a way to get your excerise for the day. Whether I just go to the park with friends and throw a ball around or get all “geared” up and go all out on the field, it’s always a good time. I always consider my softball team my second family, or my softball sisters.
