Year Round Schools to Now Begin on August 3, 2020; Modified Traditional and Traditional School to Begin as Scheduled on August 13, 2020
ELK GROVE, Calif. – June 10, 2020 –The Elk Grove Unified School District Board of Education unanimously approved the proposed Revised EGUSD 2020-2021 Calendar during the June 9, 2020 EGUSD School Board Meeting. The revised calendar moves the previous July 16th start date to August 3rd for 18 district year-round elementary schools. For the Year-Round schools, Tracks B, C and D will begin August 3rd and Track A will begin August 24th. The 2020-2021 start date for Modified and Traditional elementary and secondary schools remains unchanged for August 13th.
