During spring break I went to Palm Springs. When I arrived at Palm Springs I met a cactus with glasses and I named  it, Smart Cactus. I also found a flower that looked like a Lorax.  

I visited Blaze Pizza for the first time in my life. At Blaze Pizza, you get to choose the toppings for your pizza and they cook it really fast because it is a thin crust pizza and because they use real fire to cook it.  At the hotel I stayed in, there was a mineral water pool. My family and I went in the mineral water pool almost every day. I also played pool and shuffleboard for the first time. Playing pool, I beat my brother and playing shuffleboard, I beat my dad.

I also went to the Salton Sea Beach. If you don’t know about the Salton Sea, what happened was there was a big crater in the desert and the colorado river overflowed and went over 100 miles away from its banks and filled this crater all the way up with water. The Salton Sea Beach once was a place where there were many hotels and houses but now it’s all broken down and the sand is made up of millions of broken shells from dead sea life.

The next day, my family and I went to Joshua Tree National Park. We found a rock formation that looked like Stonehenge, so we called it Stonehenge Jr. because there was only one. Before we went inside Joshua Tree National Park, we saw a house that was surrounded by big rocks. Back inside the park, we also saw a place that had rock formations that look like skulls. At Joshua Tree National Park, we climbed a lot of rocks and had a lot of fun.

In Palm Springs I also saw the Single A minor league stadium for the Los Angeles Angels. The team’s name is the Palm Springs Power. At the stadium, I got to stand in the batters box, stand on the pitcher’s mound, and sit in the dugout

On the way to Palm Springs we saw a really weird treehouse that was very colorful. Also, during the drive to Palm Springs my brother and I watched a lot of Tintin episodes from the show,”The Adventures of Tintin.” On the way home, I went to the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes stadium.  The Quakes are the Single A minor league team for the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Quakes stadium is known as “The home run capital of the world.” Although the trip was very fun, I couldn’t wait to get home and see my dog Pablo.

I thought maybe I could surround him like birds.  That was probably pretty dumb but I tried it. I got my friends and we tried it. It worked I got the game and I ran home while my friends fought the olympic runner. Somehow I forgot to take off the picture and name. I could’ve done that the next day but I didn’t and that’s when I threw it in the trash again. I remembered this time I ran out and tried to grab it but it was gone again. I saw him running I jumped on his shoulders and held on as tight as I possibly could. Then I saw he threw the game I jumped off his shoulders and reached as far as I could possibly reach and I made the catch. I fell on the ground and ran faster than I’ve ever run in my life.

          Once I got to my house street I screamed “Unlock the door mom.” I heard all of the doors in the neighborhood unlock at the same time. Once I got to my house I threw a piece of my ripped pants that had the same color of the game. He ran after the ripped pants and I opened the the door and slammed it closed.

I was 6 years old when I bought the game Spaceness Food. It seemed cool at the age of 6 but now that I’m 15, when I mention it to my friends they beat me up. So now I threw it in the trash and then somebody took it out of the trash and that’s when I remembered that I had a photo of myself in that game and my name so I chased him until I barely got a chance to tackle him, I grabbed the game ran home or at least tried because he tackled me then took the game. I ran after him but he got away. I’m a marathon runner so I hoped he got tired and couldn’t run anymore then I’d be able to get the game and basically jog home but it turned out he is an olympic marathon runner so I was the one who got tired and couldn’t run. It was about a half hour before I got tired after running about 5 miles so I went back home and that took about an hour. I told my dog and he just barked like he saw a dog the next day I saw the game. I knew it was mine because it had my name on it the name that said James Mcavoy on it. I tried to get it but that olympic runner out ran me again I didn’t know what to do then I had an idea. I knew what to do if I can’t outrun him I can out smart him maybe so I tried that. I did it, the only thing is he is way stronger than me in upper body.  So I couldn’t do that what should I do to not have some random person steal my identity so what do I do.

In 2016, the Chicago Cubs won the World Series after 108 years of waiting. The Cubs had a curse named, “the Billy Goat curse” that lasted 71 years. There were some Cubs fans that died and never got to see a World Series win for the Cubs. The Cubs faced the Cleveland Indians In a seven game series (which means first to four wins) in game seven of the World Series. Kris Bryant made the last play when he fielded the ball and threw it to first base.  It was then that the Cubs had a World Series title after 108 years. Anthony Rizzo, the first baseman, put the ball in his pocket after the play.  The Cubs players celebrated by spraying each other with champagne.

I was just playing a new computer game about baseball. The regular season was not long at all. I got to the playoffs and won the first round in a five-game series (that means first team to get to 3 wins advances) against the Miami Marlins. My team is the San Francisco Giants. I won the first game, but lost the next two so I had to win the next two to move on and play the next team, which I did. My best infielder was Robinson Cano, my best outfielder was Mike Trout, and my best pitcher was Jacob Degrom. Robinson Cano was my best infielder because he made many great plays and hit a couple home runs. My best outfielder was Mike Trout because he hit home runs and made many amazing plays. My best pitcher was Jacob Degrom because he got many k’s (that means strikeouts) and he let almost zero runs score.  Now I need to beat the Milwaukee Brewers in a seven-game series (that means first to get to four wins) to go to the World Series. I really hope I can beat the Milwaukee Brewers and go to the World Series and win.

During my Thanksgiving break I played baseball, celebrated Thanksgiving, and played with my brothers 3DS.

One thing I did is  I played baseball. I used my wood bat I bought myself. I also got a rug burn from diving and catching the baseball on a turf field.

In addition, I celebrated Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving I prepared mashed potatoes aka Nick taters with my aunt . everybody loved my Nick taters. I also ate turkey that my parents prepared.

Last, I played with my brothers 3DS. My cousin Jamie played with me because we could play together. The game was named Kirby Clash Deluxe.

My Thanksgiving break was really fun because I got to play baseball, celebrate Thanksgiving , and play with my brothers 3DS.

I was playing with my friends,but suddenly there was a gunshot. One of my flock died then another and another. I couldn’t  believe  it Sam the most tough guy in the flock died. My name is Bob the god I’m the leader of our flock. When a person  becomes the leader there name is from then until they are not leader Bob the god. I did not tell the flock to fight instead I got my  interpreter and ran to the human.

I said, “Gobble gobble gobble gobble gobble gobble.”

My interpreter said , “Sir would you like if your friend died would you be happy if your friend died.”

The human said ,” What do you expect from us we don’t want  to eat saltines and ham.”

My interpreter said ,” Gobble gobble gobble gobble.”

I said,” Gobble gobble gobble gobble.”

My interpreter said , “Could you  eat Chinese food or something just don’t eat something that was living at one time.”

The human said , ” Ok we will eat Chinese food or something, ok.”

From then on humans ate tacos and Chinese food for thanksgiving instead of turkey and other things that were living.
