Steps for Writing

Step 1- Describe the product or service that you paid for.  (2-3 Sentences)

Step 2 – Clearly tell the person what was wrong with the product or service.  Be specific about your complaint. Do not leave out details.  (4-8 sentences)

Step 3 – Describe what you would like to have done about the problem.  (4-6 sentences)

Step 4 – Thank the person for their attention to the complaint. (2-3 Sentences)
