1. Forms that need to be returned:
   1. Library (Pink)
   2. Computer (Gray)
   3. Student Information Sheet (White)
   4. Lunch Application
   5. Student Packet (bring last page signed by you and parent)
2. Bring a book to read in class.
3. Bring a zippered pencil pouch.
4. Class composition book (wide ruled) appropriate for the classroom for math notes. (Starting on Monday!)
