Our Native American Project will continue over the next few weeks until the 25th of February.  Your child needs to complete the graphic organizer this weekend and begin work on the artifact.  I have sent home a flow chart for the artifact.  We made a sample one today on the Maidu Indians.  Our  Native American Museum will be on February 25th.  The museum will be in our classroom from 2:00 to 2:30 p.m.  This is a long weekend so may be a good time for your child to work on their artifact.  .

Monday February 16th is a holiday; no school.

There will be a spelling list next week, it came home today.  Fluency for our new story Alexander, Who Used to Be Rich Last Sunday came home on Thursday but will not be due until Friday, February 20th.
