FIELD TRIP TOMORROW……if you marked for your child to bring a lunch please do not forget to pack one.  Part of the field trip we will be hiking, it is chilly in the morning be sure to send your child with a jacket.

Our Native American Project will continue over the next few weeks until the 25th of February. Today students are to work shelter for their tribe on their graphic organizer. See sample, your child should have brought home their example of the Maidu Indians.  Your child should be considering what artifact he/she may want to make for our Native American Museum on February 25th.  The museum will be in our classroom from 2:00 to 2:30 p.m.

Monday February 16th is a holiday; no school.

There will not be a spelling list this week.  Fluency for our new story Alexander, Who Used to Be Rich Last Sunday will come home on Thursday but will not be due until Friday, February 20th.
