Sixty-seven (67) packaged rooftop HVAC units and twenty-three (23) rooftop exhaust fans replaced.

Lighting replaced and upgraded to more energy efficient fixtures in the multi-purpose room.

Career Technical Education & Path of Travel Improvements

Project Dates: June 2018 – December 2019

Renovation of buildings C & D to create new classrooms/learning spaces for the Fire Academy that will house a fire engine and ambulance. Renovation of building D to support Career and Technical Education and the Adult Transitional Program.

Relocation and renovation of three (3) relocatable buildings on permanent foundations from one area of campus to another. Site development to grade the site, construct low retaining walls, exterior stairs and an accessible ramp, as well as perimeter fencing.

Path of travel improvements constructed from the public way and parking areas to the newly developed and/or improved areas. Modifications made to sidewalks, ramps, parking, signage, fencing, gates, stairs, drinking fountains and restrooms.

Scoreboard

Project Dates: June – September 2018

New 24′ x 8′ energy-efficient LED electronic scoreboard installed for football, soccer, and track events.

All-Weather Field

Project Dates: July 2017 – July 2018

Upgrade of the athletic field from decomposed granite/grass turf to a synthetic turf field. Field now has increased playability, extending the playing season and making it less susceptible to damage from overuse. The new FieldTurf material has a natural, grass-like look and better temperature stability. Infrastructure was also upgraded to support irrigation to cool the field surface and future scoring-equipment.
