Replacement of existing built-up roof with new single- ply roofing system and underlayment. Replacement of all existing HVAC units.

Covered Walkway Repair

Repair of covered walkway between buildings B & D involving removal and replacement of T&G roof deck, wood fascia, painting of newly installed materials, and replacement of one (1) exterior-rated light fixture.
