  1. I read this book before Tanner but he blogged it before me. here is my blog on the kingdom keepers by Ridley Pearson.

This story is about Finn Whitman a thirteen-year old boy who signs up for an audition for a new technology in Disney world called DHI. DHi stands for Disney Hosts Interactive. Finn wins the audition with four others who will then record their voices and the Disney people will put their voices on a hologram. The holograms will go around the park and tour guests. When Finn goes to sleep he suddenly wakes up and finds himself in Disney world. He walks around a bit and finds a guy sitting on a bench. That guy’s name is Wayne. He introduces himself as an imaginer, a special group trying to stop the overtakers. The Overtakers are a group of the baddest of the bad guys led by maleficent, the evil witch. Will Finn stop the overtakers with his team? or will he fail? to find out read Kingdom Keepers by Ridley Pearson.

  2. I’m reading The Kingdom Keepers right now and this story is my favorite book by a long shot! My favorite part is when they go on the I’s A Small World ride and the dolls come alive! That was so scary!

  3. I love both of your blogs on The Kingdom Keepers!!! But here is my summary and point of view of the book.

The Kingdom Keepers by Ridley Pearson is about a boy named Finn Whitman, who signs up to become a DHI which stands for Disney Host Interactive and Daylight Hologram Imaging. For some reason when Finn goes to bed, he wakes up in Walt Disney World. At Walt Disney World, he sees this old guy named Wayne, who says he is an Imagineer. Wayne said that he will tell Finn why he is having these weird dreams, when all five of them are here. Before Finn wakes up from the dream, Wayne mentions about Finn’s addition to become a DHI. Wayne also mentioned that a group called the Overtakers is trying to destroy Walt Disney World’s beloved kingdom. When Finn knows that he won the contest, he went to Disney World to record his voice, with the other four winners who are Maybeck, Willa, Charlene, and Philby. Once Finn went to bed again that night, he sees Wayne and says I met the four other kids today, so will you tell me now why I am having these dreams. Wayne then says, did you not listen last time? You need all five of you here at the same time. Then Wayne said, we need all five of you here so you can defeat the Overtakers and save Disney World. Will Finn, Maybeck, Willa, Charlene, and Philby stop the Overtakers? Will they save Disney World before they get caught? If you want to find out read the book The Kingdom Keepers by Ridley Pearson. I would recommend this book to boys and girls. If you liked The Kingdom Keepers, you should read and love the sequel, Kingdom Keepers II: Disney at Dawn.

  4. I also think that this book has amazing facts. Here is my perspective of the book.

The Kingdom Keepers by Ridley Pearson is about a boy named Finn Whitman and four other kids named Charlene, Willa, Philby, and Maybeck. The five kids are DHIs which stands for- Disney Host Interactive and Daylight Hologram Imaging- for Disney World as hosts. When ever they go to sleep they end up in Disney World were they are half human half hologram. They meet a man named Wayne who works at Disney World and says he has something important to tell the DHIs. Wayne also tells Finn that thee is a group called the overtakers trying to take over Disney World. There is also a girl named Amanda who helps the DHIs. Amanda’s mom works at Disney World so Amanda knows a lot of people that work there. Whenever they go on a ride parts of the ride come to life. The kids go on many adventures and encounters with evil villains.

I think that both girls and boys would like this book. I would say that the book would be for grades 4th and up. I would recommend this book for anyone who loves a book with an adventure.
