This is number twelve in the series, and is told by Aquanette Walker. This story starts out talking about how Dorinda got twenty-five tickets to a Maria Carey concert. They were all having a great time there. When Aqua and her twin, Angie, walk in to their house, they see that their dad is not well. They figure it was his evil girlfriend. It turns out they were right. They figured this out when they talked to a maid that saw everything. The only thing is she only spoke Spanish. They called Chanel and had her translate. Then, they rush their dad to the hospital. The next day, they had Galleria’s mom and dad sign his release form. They went to Galleria’s house that night for dinner. During their dinner, a phone call came in. It was Mouse Almighty! (That is the record deal dood.) What does Mouse Almighty say? Is he going to give the Cheetah Girls a record deal? What will happen with Aqua and Angie’s dad’s girlfriend? Figure it out yourself by reading this book. It will appeal to girls more than boys because it is about a girl band looking for adventure in the growl-power jiggy-jungle.
