Ellie McDoodle has to spend the whole summer camping with her weird relatives. Before she even arrives at her relatives house she knew that it was going to be a horrible summer for two reasons : 1. Her cousin Eric and his two sisters are weirder than weird, 2. They were not even going to camp in a tent but in a cabin which is what fake campers do (and Ellie was not a fake camper) Ellie keeps a sketch book/ journal to spy on people and take secret notes on them. Then Eric takes Ellie’s journal and shows his mom the notes she took on her. As Ellie is sitting in the field her aunt comes up.
