I’m really surprised that there was not yet a blog for this wonderful book!
11 Birthdays by Wendy Mass is about a girl named Amanda. She has a best friend Leo. They have been inseperable by birth. They have the exact same birthday, born in t he same hospital, and they have shared every single birthday party together until this year. You see, at Leo’s tenth birthday party, he said unkind words about Amanda that she overheard. Right then, she decided to break their friendship. Since then, they haven’t spoken to each other at all! For a whole entire year! How bizzare. On their eleventh birthday, they both didn’t like celebrating it without each other. When Amanda falls restlessly in bed on the night of her eleventh birthday, she is relieved that it is over. But, little did she know, when she woke up again, it was her birthday again. And over and over again. She starts getting panicked. Amanda doesn’t tell this to anyone. But, when she finds out that Leo is realizing that the day is repeating she is shocked! They both wonder why they have been having these strange happenings. They try to correct it but doing different things and seeing the effects but, will they ever be able to resume their proper place in life?
I really loved this book! But, the more I think about it, how dreadful would it be to repeat the day over and over again? And worst of all without anyone else knowing! I also finished this book in one day. It is worth seven points and is definitely fantasy. Happy Reading and Enjoy! ^^

11 Birthdays by Wendy Mass is about a girl named Amanda. She has a best friend named Leo born on the same day as her and they were born in the same hospital. Another ackward thing is that they share a birthday party together every year, but on their tenth birthday Amanda overhears Leo talking meanly about her. For one year she doesn’t talk to Leo. On her 11th birthday they have seperate birthdays. Amanda has a lame Hollywood party, while Leo has an amazing party that has a hypnotist, a football star, a huge iguana, and a rock band. After a miserable day Amanda can’t wait for Saturday, but the next day is Friday again? So she relives it again, but the next day is Friday! This cycle keeps on happening and her family is not effected by it. My favorit part is when she finds out the same thing is happening to Leo. My favorite character is Leo because he is nice and caring. To find out if they break the cycle read this awesome book!

I read this book, too! It was really good and I read it in 2 days. Now, I’m not going to say the same thing that Carly and Heather said all over again, so I’ll just mention some important things they missed.(1)Amanda was named after her great grandma and Leo was named after his great grandpa.(2)When Amanda heard the mean things Leo said about her, she instantly threw away things that she created with Leo.(3)There is this strange lady in the beginning and middle of the book with a birthmark the shape of a ducky on her cheek. Okay, so now lets get to my favorite part. I think my favorite part of the story was when I figured out the days started to repeat. My favorite character is Leo, too because I think he is really nice as well. I hope you read this book!

I also red the book, 11 Birthdays, by Wendy Mass. I enjoyed reading this book and I can relate to Amanda so much!
11 Birthdays is about a girl named Amanda, and a boy named Leo, celebrating their birthdays together every year. Until their eleventh. On their tenth birthday party, Amanda heard Leo say something rude about Amanda to his friend. Amanda was very upset and hadn’t spoken to Leo in a whole year! when their 11th birthday is finally over, Amanda wakes up from her sleep and finds out that her birthday is repeating itself over and over again! And when Amanda starts talking to Leo, the same thing is happening to him to what is happening to Amanda!
Will Amanda and Leo EVER fix this? Will Leo and Amanda make up on this wonderful adventure and be friends again? To find out what happens to Leo and Amanda, read this book, 11 Birthdays. I highly recommend it to mostly girls 10-14. My favorite part in this book was when Amanda found out that Leo was too reliving the same day over and over. Kimi, Carly, and Heather did a great job explaining the book, and I don’t think I have anything more to add! Great job!

I also read this book and I finished it in about 2 days. I was cool how all the days changed a little bit, and how in the begining of the repeating birthdays she is so confused.

this is sssoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo a good book i made a goood choice to read it
I also read the book 11 birthdays by Wendy Mass. I read it in about four days. I really liked this book because of the plot twist when Amanda and Leo are living their 11 birthday over and over again. One thing that you should know about this story( without giving anything away) is that when Leo talks to his friends behind his back about Amanda, Amanda leaves immediately and throws everything that she had that was Leo’s and stuff that they made together. I also think you should know that Leo had been named after a family member just like Amanda was named after a family member. If you read 11 birthdays you will enjoy it, guaranteed.
