This is the fifth book in the Alex Rider series. Alex Rider is back but this time he is in Venice. Alex still cannot forget the words Yassen Gregorovich said. “Go to Venice, find Scorpia, and you will find your destiny”. Alex wonders who or what Scorpia is. Well he is just about to find out that it is the most lethal organization in the world, and his dad was part of it. Now Alex must stop Scorpia from unleashing there latest plot, the Invisible Sword, which can bring death and chaos to the streets of London. Will Alex have the courage and strength to fight Scorpia or will Scorpia destroy thousands of innocent people? I think this book will appeal more to boys because it is full of action. My favorite part of the book is when finds out who his dad was. I enjoyed this book and I hope many people will comment.

The book Scorpia is my favorite book of the Alex Rider series yet. In this book, my favorite part was when Alex and Nile were fighting in a hot air balloon. Alex has to destroy the four radar dishes on the balloon because the dishes were sending out terahertz beams. The beams will then destroy the gold nanoshells that each kid that lives in London has injected in there heart. When the nanoshells break, the polymer and the cyanide will mix together and all the kids in London will die.
