‘Can You get and F in Lunch’ by Nancy Krulik is about a sixth grade girl named Jenny McAffee who enters middle school, expecting her best friend Addie, and herself to hit it off, just like they used to in fifth grade. But when she goes to school, she finds her ex best friend Addie Wilson, as the new Pop member, the most popular seventh graders in school. Jenny feels abandoned and tries to join the Pops. But the Pops do not seem to want to let her in. Will Jenny McAffee find new freinds, or find herself the leader of the coolest kids in school?
