This book is about a boy named Dominic who goes to a boot camp for mountaineering training. The top four climbers would be chosen to be part of an expedition to Everest. Dominic’s older brother, Chris, goes with him to the boot camp. At the boot camp they train with Cap Cicero, a famous climber. People suggest taking Dominic to Everest, but Cicero says he is too small. Dominic knows he is not going to get chosen, but he knows Chris will. Things have been breaking mysteriously and no one can find out how. There are many kids with many personalities and secrets. Who is breaking everything? Will Dominic make it on the expedition?
