Isabelle Lee has an eating disorder and her mother pushes forces her into Therapy Group which she attends once a week. But this isn’t her only problem. Her mom can’t seem to get over the fact that her husband had just recently passed away and now her frustration level is rising. Isabelle doubts that this “Group” would help with her problems with all these new stuff happening, but then one day, she sees the most popular girl in school walk through the door. Ashley Barnum actually in Therapy Group! After awhile they become good friends and eating and puking became their daily routine. But then sooner or later, Isabelle starts to get sick of puking. Will she stop this nonsense? In her world, someone’s appearance matters a lot, but by dealing and bearing with her problems her world might just end up the way is should be… Or it might just turn her head upside down. I’d recommend this to teenagers and not really kids any younger because right now what’s she’s going through might happen to you when you’re older when all the stress rushes in. But, hey, I’m only 11! If you want to read it, go for it! The thing I like is that she chooses to do something so risky just to wash away some of her problems. But I wonder, by getting rid of these old problems will she end up making new ones? Please enjoy reading, Perfect!
