This book is about a girl named Lily who’s mother decides that they are going to move away from her dad to go to her mom’s uncle’s house that is in Montclair. When they get there, Lily meets a boy named Vaz. When Vaz and Lily are at her house, they start hearing loud breathing when nobody is there. Other things like a Kewpie doll being moved from it’s rightful position and Lily’s math books being moved from the table. When Vaz and her go to the library to figure out why all this is happening, the librarian ,Mrs. Reedy, tells them that she was in love with one of Lily’s great uncles ,Uncle Max. Then, when they can’t figure out anything at the library, they go to a library on the other side of town. The guy tells them that he is packing up to move somewhere else. When Vaz gets frustrated that the guy won’t let them in, they decide they are going to do some breaking and entering. Do they make it out? And do they figure out what all these weird noises are? If you want ot find out read this book. I would recommend this book to girls mostly but boys might like it too.
