Bugs In Our Diet
Have you ever eaten a bug before? Bugs should be in our diet because the bugs have protein in it, it also take less water, and they are more sustainable than livestock. Although I didn’t try the bugs here is why bugs should be in our diet. First of all they are healthy. For example the article states that the bugs are packed with protein and vitamins. In fact to get one pound of protein from meat we would need 2,000 gallons of water and to gain one pound from bugs we need only one gallon of water. Finally they require less resources. In fact they are more sustainable than livestock. Therefore that is why bugs should be in our diet.
