1. Go to where the food is; food is more interesting at food stands, markets, hole in the wall restaurants.
2. Experiment with composition.
3. Show some context.
4. Find a bright spot; by the window etc.
5. Set the stage; use props.
6. Take pictures from different angles.
7. Choose prop colors that compliment the food.
8. Don’t forget the little details.
9. Do not over saturate the foods colors.
10. Try a plain background to attract attention to the food.

My picture for anti-smoking basically shows us the negative of smoking and it asks if smoking is worth it? Is smoking worth hurting your lungs? The black and white is supposed to bring the message of depression and how smoking can give your life a negative impact. The red is supposed to reach out to the audience.
