Christmas is almost here! I’m so exicted  that Christmas is coming up because it my favorite holiday of the year. Also around Chritmas week you get to put up your Christmas tree and the decorections. My family also makes all kinds of food and desserts for Christmas. Another part, I like about Christmas is that I get lots of presents. What I like most about Christmas is that I get to be with family, laugh, and becuase my family does fun things on Christmas. I like to decorte the Christmas tree. I think Christmas is a really fun holiday. I like seeing people opening their presents and smiling. This is one of the recipes I do for Christmas. Its called strawberry banana angel torte.

Ingredients;

1 prepared angel food cake ( 8 to 10 ounces)

 1/2 cup of sour cream

                                                                       1/4 cup of sugar

                                                                        1/4 cup pureed fresh strawberries

                                                                         3/4 cup sliced ripe bananas

                                                                          1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries

                                                                           1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
