Last Day of Elementary

I am sad because I am going to miss my friends and my favorite teacher Ms. Gaviola. I had so much memories about elementary, especially 6th grade, I am going to be sad because I wont see my friends, Jaicee is going to the same middle school and high school as me and Koa is going to the same high school. I love sixth grade so much, I liked it when we did projects and using the laptops and I like act 2 a lot but I wont be there anymore and my teacher was Ms. Moya. I have to move on to go to college.

Thank you Ms. Gaviola and Ms. Moya

Sixth Grade Reaction

Sixth grade did go by fast and I will miss sixth grade but I have to go on and I will visit my teacher. I learned a lot from my teacher and I will never forget, she helped me improve in stuff and sixth grade is the funnest of all elementary grades. I want to thank her for everything to did for me and I will miss you and the blog you gave me. Seventh grade is going to be hard because you have to go to different classes in four minutes, that is going to be hard and some of my friends will not be there and seventh graders don’t get recess. Seventh grade might not be that hard after all.

San Francisco Review

I think you should go to the Ancient Art Museum because you can see very cool things. When you are driving you might want to bring a pillow, a blanket and an electronic because it is far and it starts to get cold. It was boring to me because I didn’t have anybody to talk too. The stories that the lady told us were  interesting.

Alyssa’s Blog

I was looking at Alyssa’s post on Mr. Ferreirae’s  Blog and her background was nice and would you rather be a ninja or a pirate, I commented I would rather be a ninja. I thought it was cool.

Field Trip

I think Acient China is going to be fun to learn about people that were from a long time ago. It would be amazing to see the stuff in the acient art museum and it would be awsome doing yoga with the whole class. My mom will probably learn more than she knows, I would have alot of fun my classmates.

My cousin is going to have a party and she is turning 15 and she is going to have her party on February 15 on Saturday and I am going to be in her dance, I  don’t  want to be in her dance but it is too late to tell her because the party is coming up in 3 days but I am still happy because some of my cousins are in the dance to. I can’t wait until the party is here, for it can be over. That is what I am going to do on Saturday.

Christmas in Mexico

The place I picked is Mexico, in Mexico they celebrated from December 12th to January 6th. On December 16th to Christmas Eve, children often perform the ‘Posada.’ Posada is Spanish for Inn or Lodging and there are 9 Posadas in Mexico. The outside of houses are decorated with evergreens, moss and paper lanterns. They call all their friends, family and neighbors to sing at their own houses. Happy/Merry Christmas is ‘Feliz Navidad’ in Spanish. The largest angle Ornament was made in Mexico. The seven spikes on the piñata represent the ‘seven deadly sins.’ In Mexico Epiphany is known as ‘El Dia de los Reyes’ in English they are called the Three Kings. It’s traditional to eat a special cake called ‘Rosca de Reyes’(Three Kings Cake) on Epiphany and a figure of baby Jesus is hidden in the cake whoever get the baby is the ‘Godparents’ of Jesus for that year on another important day, Candelaria which is on the 2nd February and is the end of the Mexican Christmas celebrations.
