Meet David Swindle, the EGACE Certified Custodian Technician Instructor.
David is a certified trainer through the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA).  He has been working in the cleaning and maintenance industry for over 25 years.  During that time, he has worked for a variety of manufacturers, distributors and service providers.  This has given him a very diverse and broad understanding of the industry.  His passion though is sharing that knowledge with others through teaching.
As a trainer, David has helped to develop the ISSA Certified Custodial Technician Basic and Advanced training courses offered through Elk Grove Adult and Community Education.  Over 50 students have completed the program in the first year with many going on to find work within the industry.  That is one of his greatest rewards!  In fact, one of his students has gone on to start her own residential and commercial cleaning business.
In addition to teaching David is big sports fan, which he will often find a way to tie into his training programs.  He also enjoys outdoor grilling and spending time with his family on the coast.
