It was a very cold mornig. I barely got to the classroom. Suddenly, Johnny came up to me and ask if I wanted to play a game of Jenga. He got ready like it was a competition between me and him.

“Hey Ben do you want to play a game of jenga” asked Johnny

“Sure if you want to”answered Ben

“Okay” Johnny said

“Let’s rock paper sicors to see who is going first” Ben said

(Johnny picks sicors)

(Ben picks rock)

“Well looks like I’m going first” Ben said

“Your going down Ben” Johnny replied

“Let’s see if you could beat me” said Ben

(Ben and Johnny playing Jenga)

(Ben wins the game)

“Dam it I lost to you” Johnny said angry

“Looks like I won the game” Ben said Happily

“I’m looking foward to playing you next time” I said

“Uhmm…okay” Johnny said wierdly

We have to be careful of spelling. I’m not going to do that for you. Benjamin can always fix that and I can upload it again.

  1. First of all, the music in the middle was PERFECT! Wow! It really made the movie more suspenseful! We have to work on giving the DA some time to get out of the shot. You used some different angles. That was great! Please work on talking louder when acting. Benjamin, you could turn the music lower and your voice higher during the opening shot. Other than that, you’re getting better at making movies!

  2. WOW! Just remarkable the expresion was beautiful.
As the director I made a mistake the DA was in the shot alot.

  3. In the beggining I liked how Ben was talking and how there was music was playing.

  4. The music choice was perfect but in the begining we could not here Benjamin’s voice with the music.I loved the camera angles/ different shots.

  5. Try to not catch the DA in the movie but some were good and funnny part’s.and what you could do is shots because there was a side shot and over the shoulder shot only and not CU .

  6. Jasmin was in a couple of shots. I couldn’t hear benjermin’s voice in the voice over. I liked the many differnt shots.

  7. You said your narrative too fast. At first, I thought your narrative was a song. Your movie was great because you and Christina expression and spoke loud and clear.

  8. Couldn’t hear voiceover because of the music. Could see tripod during shot, but well edited. Great job Benjamin.

  9. I like it, just that Jazmine was in the shot behind Benjamen. I like the when Chrisrina was moving one of he jenga. I feel well watching your moving.

  10. I can see the tripod and Jazmine in one of the shots. I like the expression. I can see Christina laughing.I couldn’t hear the narration.I loved the music. I like the shots.

  11. Both Benjamin and Christina used great expression. The director could work on some more. The editing was well. The narration was a bit too fast.

  12. They said there lines clearly:)Good acting:)
You could see the tripod or the Director’s Assistant:(

  13. I think it was actually interesting I completely liked the angles.

The thing that I had a problem with was how you spoke I can barely hear you!

  14. The voiceover was to fast and I can’t hear it.
    The movie had good angles!
The assistant was in the shot.
Music fits in with the movie!

  15. The movie was good but in the begining the voice was to soft. The music in the middle matches the game of Jenga and the movie was kinda funny I think…I like how you put the music in the end like real movies do. Also the movies you guys are making are cool. I didn’t think that elementary kids could make videos like this. I wish I could make videos like this but I don’t know how too. Well keep making more videos!!

    • Thanks Lucas! I appreciate the compliment and will make sure my class reads this. Keep watching. There’s more to come. I’m pretty sure I’ll have my students make movies on how to make movies. Stay tuned!
