BACKGROUND RESEARCH/FACTS

  • Born and raised in Queensland, Australia
  • In her 20’s, she began using and experimenting with the family camera
  • Her style is a simple subject but has an visual importance
  • Known as the world’s most respected and successful professional photographer
  • Her images of children have become classic icons celebrating life and birth
  • Her photos have been used for greeting cards, calendars, books, stationeries, photo albums

-The reason why I like this photographer is because I love her pictures! A majority of them are of babies in outfits of animals or plants in nature and so they look very elegant and bring a smile to your face and you can’t help but say “aww”. 😀

Macro Pictures

These are my pictures I took around the campus using the macro setting on the camera. It’s cool to see thee details in the natural atmosphere 😀

Window light pictures

These pictures I took at home and used natural window light to lighten the pictures. I noticed when looking at my previous pictures that they are yellow because of the lights I used so in the future I will try to use natural light.

Ten Tips (3)

These are three of my ten tips that I chose. The first  or left image is an example of tip # 3. I used the flash setting outside to brighten the tree and make it stand out. The middle image is an example of tip number #
6. I used the focus to sharpen the image and make it a clearer picture. The third or right image is an example of tip # 5. Instead of taking the picture horizontal I took it vertical change it up from the other tips. 😀

Near and dear

The pictures are of my best and closest friend Ezekiel. Over the summer we and some other friends spent a lot of time together like going to the movies, John’s incredible Pizza, Leatherby’s, and even Subway. LOL 😀 We have been friends for about a year and a half and over that time we’ve both gone through conflicts, arguments, and even had gotten in trouble a few times 😀 but our friendship has been able to go through these things and we both helped each other grow into better people and also has made us have a great bond and life long friendship. So he’s definitely a near and dear person in my life. ***If you see this LOVE YA and thnx for letting me take your pics!!! 😀 😀 :D***

Patterns

These pattern pictures I chose where taken around the campus. They are my favorite out of the 10 and I also got to use Hue for the first time too! It’s so pretty and bright colors are my favorite thing!!! 😀

My special place

My special place is my back yard. I like to chill and  read outside. Some times when sitting on the grass I gaze at the trees and hear the sounds of birds chirping. Also of course I play with my dog, Faith and have a blast! 😀 I also love nature and so being able to be in my back yard I am able to really take in nature and enjoy it. 😀
