Why hello there! I’m back and i’m now in sixth grade. My teachers name is Mrs.Taniguchi. Honestly, I think sixth grade is easier than fifth grade. I have met lots on new people during my year. I have a friend named Aliyah, and she is a fun person. She was in my fifth grade class with my amazing fifth grade teacher Mrs.Compton! I did a play for a club called EGMTC. We did the play called Willy Wonka Jr. The girl who played Willy Wonka is so nice,and she commented me after every play we did!
Being in sixth grade is not as hard as I thought it would be. We learned how to do rotations like we’re in seventh grade. The kids in my class are nice, but some of them have a hard time paying attention and cause a lot of commotion. Besides all of that, I have had a lot of fun in sixth grade, but I still miss fifth grade.
For a field trip, all of sixth grade( except for some students ) went to Alliance Redwoods. We stayed there for at least three days. It was a fun science camp where we learned about animals that lived in streams such as salamanders, larvae, tadpoles, and many more interesting creatures. We did fun activities that were out of our comfort zone and some that were in our comfort zone. We did ziplining, piǹata, and a night hike. Piǹata is a giant swing that kids pull you up on. Then you let go of a rope that you are holding onto and you swing super high! If you are in fifth grade, trust me, you will have fun in sixth grade!
