Libby and May meet one afternoon and begin creating Princess X together.  Over the next three years, their friendship blossoms as they create more adventures for Princess X with May creating the storyline and Libby the illustrations. The two best friends are inseparable until one terrible night when Libby and her mom a careen off a bridge in their car.  May is now sixteen.  She splits time between her divorced parents; Atlanta with her mom and Seattle with her dad.  One day, lonely and bored, in Seattle she spots a Princess X sticker on a store window, and then she sees her everywhere. Who could be doing this?  Is Libby alive?

Idiot! He forgot to check the backseat. Griffin drove faster. He had to get out of the shopping mall parking lot now.  He had to get somewhere where he could think. Cheyenne realized she was being kidnapped.  What Griffin doesn’t know yet is his passenger is the daughter of Nike’s president and she is blind.

Now they are finishing up their senior year of high school, still living next door to each other.  They run in different circles; Q with the brains including his best friends Radar and Ben.  Q worships beautiful Margo Roth Spiegelman. And some members of her crowd are not kind to Q and his friends.  So Q is caught completely off-guard when Margo taps on his bedroom window one night with a plan of revenge.  Q, who’s not the biggest risk taker, follows Margo out the window and embarks on a memorable night.  When Q returns to school the next day Margo is missing. Margo has left clues, and Q is
obsessed with finding Margo.

Cammie, who works with her dad, the county coroner in Silverton, Colorado, has just been called to a case where she discovers evidence that Kyle O’Neil, her former boyfriend and sociopathic killer is back in town and after Cammie.  Cammie is a gifted forensic scientist who is being mentored by Durango’s medical examiner, Dr. Moore. Dr. Moore with Cammie’s help is able to tie Kyle to several other murders in the area and the evidence emphasizes how dangerous he really is.  Kyle is determined to get to Cammie any way he can.
