Elementary School Bike Giveaway
Elementary school students have a chance to earn an end-of-the-year grand prize for having perfect attendance. The Perfect Attendance Bike Giveaway allows each of Elk Grove Unified’s 42 elementary schools to award one new bicycle and helmet to one student who obtained perfect attendance for at least one calendar month throughout the school year through the Perfect Attendance Bike Giveaway. It is the campaign’s largest giveaway at the end of the year.
How to Enter
Eligible students who attend all class periods of all school days as required by their schools within a calendar month of September, October, November, or December 2019 and January, February, March or April 2020, may enter the Contest. Each calendar month offers a new opportunity for students to enter the Contest. Eligible students may submit one entry each month for attending all school days, as required by their schools within that month. To enter the Contest, eligible students meeting the attendance requirements must fill out and submit Contest tickets at the office of their school site by the school site’s deadline.
Selection of Prize Winners
At the end of April, random drawings will be held at each of the 42 EGUSD elementary schools from among all submitted and accepted Contest tickets at those sites and one Grand Prize winner will be selected from each of those sites. The Grand Prize winners need not be present to win a Grand Prize.
