Albert and his Mom Angel on a Mexican Cruise Vacation (July 2016)

Albert is a 4th grader at Raymond Case Elementary. He enjoys building things, creating new inventions and crocheting.  He is currently working on making his Mom a coffee machine similar to a Kuerig. When Albert grows up he wants to own a cruise line and hotels. Albert is the middle child of the family. He is Moms greatest helper and lunch date partner. He loves to try new foods. The wildest things he has tried so far are chocolate covered crickets, Rocky Mountain Oysters and he forages Arbutus fruit from a tree at our local park. He is inspired to be a Chef as well as business owner.

He currently lives in Sacramento, California with his Dad Albert, Mom Angel and two brothers Benito and Samuel.
