Coins are made at the U.S. mint. The coins are made of silver, copper and gold. First, the coins get cut from metal sheets. Next, the blank coins go through a hot oven. Then the blanks go through a coin press to print a design on the coin. Last they go to a bagging area and shipped to banks. Coins are boring to make because the process of making coins takes a long time.
