For my Near and Dear assignment  I chose my mother because out of the many people I care for, she is one that means the most to me. I’ve always been very close with my mother while growing up and she has been there for me during many good and bad moments. She has always been by my side and I know I will always be able to count on her to continue being there for me. She has helped me overcome many obstacles that I know I would have not been able to get through without her help. Im very thankful that I have such a good relationship with my mother because even when we get irritated with each other I know that with her help I can continue to get through anything.

For my special place assignment I chose my uncles house in a very small town by the name of Georgetown. This place means a lot to me because as I have grown up this house was one place I spent most of my time at other than my own house.
