Teachers that want to learn how to implement Service-Learning in their classroom can attend EGUSD sponsored trainings or meet with community partners to hear what service oppportunities are available for students.
Trainings can be arranged for a department, site or grade level team by contacting Ray Pietersen, EGUSD Curriculum and Professional Learning.
Outside entities that ofter conduct workshops on service learning are located below. (Prior approval for district salary credit would be required)
