We Love to be an American
We love to be an American,
We have freedom and life,
We make our own rules,
We make our own laws,
We get Independence,
We have Liberty,
We make our choices,
We believe in god,
We don’t believe in god,
We are a Country and a Nation,
We always give our pleasure,
We have respect,
We are happy that we are an American.

To Be an American
To be an American,
To speak English,
You have your own rights of freedom,
Education for future,
Job for money,
To be an American,
You can make your own speech,
Become anything you want,
American means,
Have your own education,
And to be free,
Learn the law,
Learn America,
The Pledge of Allegiance,
God Bless America,
The eagle,
The flag,
Statue of Liberty,
And the capital,
All this represents AMERICA.

The American Poem
I am an American
With the freedom of speech to saying anything I want.
I could taunt the president
And have the right to vote.
I am an American
With the liberty to practice my own religion
And the privilege to bear arms.
This was a place
A place where dreams happen
Where amazing things happened.
Those who fought
Fought for liberty
In order for others to have freedom
To live a respected life.

An American Poem
American means freedom
No deaths or kills
Believe in what you believe in
Have a non-cold heart
Respect, love, and care for everybody
Make your choices
Have liberty not death
Happy to be Americans
Glad we have no king
Love being an American
Glad to be in a nation/country
Learn to be smart
Have a job for money
Receive or give respect
Get to have money to buy stuff you need
Change the rules of having a king
Make your own speech
Be what you want to be
Get to vote
Run for president
Elect a president
Have any job you want to have
Give pleasure
Help our country

America
By: Daniel S. and Joshua
It means to us
To be an American.
We have rights to
Have independence,
And a government.
We also have the right
to vote. Every
One should live
In America. We
Should believe in.
We elect a
President
Every four years.
To say whatever we
Want to say.
To be an American
All has to vote, and
Have liberty.
We are a country.

With the freedom of a speech.
We could say anything about the president
And the right to vote.
I am an American
With the liberty to practice our own
Religion.
And the privilege to bear arms

We have the responsibility
To take care of our country
And respect our families
And others in
The country.
We can’t be

Our Country
By: Hieu and Michael
America the beautiful
America the peaceful
America the freedom country
With states, that have oceans, forests,
Deserts and all kind of land
Wars in the past and wins and losses
The 13 colonies fought with
The British, we won this
War and now we are our own
Country
Our flag was still there with
Red and white strips with blue
And white stars many people
Died for us and this country
People suffered for freedom.
There was a lot of signing
And meetings to start a new
Country our country’s birthday
Is on July 4 which is Independence
Day United States will all ways be
The United States of America

America means freedom!
It’s where we live.
It has government to pass laws
And a president to enforce them.
And not in a monarchy.
And we can follow our dreams!
There are teachers to teach us.
There are parents to help us in life.
Without them there would not be light.
It’s a country with respect.

Not a monarchy.
And we can follow our dreams!

My FREEDOM
By: Elizabeth and Umayah
Being an American means
To me I am apart of
Something I have the right
To speak my mind and
I can celebrate the 4th of July
I have the right to do
What I want I can worship
My religion in a song
We are free we are free
We are free to what we want
We have nothing to do
But we still have basic rules
Being an American means
To me I am apart of
Something I have the right
To speak my mind and
I can celebrate the 4th of July
I have the right to do
What I want I can worship
My religion in a song
We are free we are free

So glad to be an American
By: Maritza and Rubi
I’m so glad to be an American
I’m so glad I’m so glad I’m so glad to be an American,
We will beat them we will beat them so we can our freedom,
The flag that stands before us now represents our freedom,
We show we are citizens for singing the Pledge of Elegance,
We are thankful for the people that gave up their freedom, Against the British,
We celebrate the day that gave us freedom,
I’m so glad I’m so glad I’m so glad to be an American,
We get to we get to we get to do the things we want to,
The 50 stars represent our 50 states,
We have to take care of them before they try to separate,
We have the right to, to do things we want to,
Now it’s our duty to keep it running,
