How did you spend your off-track time? During my time off, I went on an adventure to Idaho. What a gloriously beautiful place!!! The area was dotted with many lakes, and we took a lot of scenic drives. We found an interesting fresh meat market and decided to try something new and different. We had buffalo burgers and elk steaks. The elk steaks were my favorite. We barbequed them and they were REALLY delicious.
The first trimester ends Friday, October 15th. Get ready for your report cards!
