Have you ever gotten lost? Describe your experience. IF you haven’t gotten lost, imagine going to a mall. You get distracted in a store. Turning around, you discover your family is not there. Loudly, you call out their names. No response. Describe/Imagine that experience. Use sentence variety, five senses, simile, etc. (a.l.9)
One day I went to the mall. At the mall we went to a book and magazine store. When we were looking at the magazines I asked my mom,”Do you like this for a doll?” “Yes it’s fine,” answer my mom. Quickly I went to look at the funny books. Sudenly I looked for my mom and she wasn’t there neither was my dad ,or brothers. I looked around and I didn’t see them. I asked the man of the store and asked him if he had seen them he said he didn’t see them. I said, ” If you see them please tell me!” I was going to stay there in case they knew I was missing they would come back. Looking for them I reilied that they might not come back. I was getting woried. I was looking for them I turned and turned. Sudenly I heard my mom calling me. When she saw me she hugged me and kiss me on my cheeks. She said, ” I was so worried about you!” I said,” Me too!”
Queitly, I was walking with my familyin the mall. In the store window I saw a cute shirt and looked at it for awhile. When I turned around they were gone! Looking at the shirt in amazement they must have walked along. “Don’t panic ,” Isaid to myself. I thought of an idea to meet them at the car. Where was the car? I walked pass many enterances/exits, but I couldn’t remember which one we came in. Finally, I saw the car and my family standing next to it. I knew it was them because I could smell my mom’s sweet perfume. I ran as fast as a cheetah to get to my family. At last I was with my family again.
One time my grandpa and I went to a store. i was looking at the toys then when I turned around my grandpa was gone. In the store I was looking for my grandpa but I couldn’t find him. Slowly I started to cry and I started to running to find him. I would ask people if they had seen my grandpa? Running around the store but I still could not find him. It was like trying to find a neddle in a hay stack, but the hay stack was a lot larger. When I was running I saw a dead rat onthe floor with flies all over it! It smelled so bad that my face tured green.Then I saw my grandpa I said,” I found yo grandpa!”
Quitly I was walking to the store. I saw my favorite toy. At the store so I stopped to try it. When I looked back my parents disappered. I was so scared I didnt know what to do. I went to the cashier and asked for help. I looked evreywere and still couldnt find them. I heard my little brothers voice. But it went away. I was going to get tooken to a lost place. But I found my parents again. I told them I will never get lost again.
At walmart I went shopping with my family. Quickly I went to the game place to see what new game they have is new. Whatching what is new I notice my family is gone.”Where is my family,” said Tyler.Mommy! Mommy! I went to a dressing room and I told the lady to call my parents.They called TYLER’S parents report to the dressing to pick up your child.I heard the loudspeaker it was really loud.My family came running she was running like a cheeta. My mom said,”never go before you ask me first.”I never got lost again.
Excitedly, we went to the Ardin Fair Mall. My cousin said” Stick together and don’t get lost.” Breathing happily I ran to the game store. I went to the testing center, the kids there were good at playing the games they were playing.In the game store an hour later, I just remembered that I was in the mall!I searched the top aisle of the mall. No one was there. i got a little scared at first, but luckily I remembered that we were supposed to meet in the front of the mall. Silently, I went down escalotor. Then I went to the red trian got on. “Why is this taking so long?” “The train has not started yet” said the guy next to me. the train went as slow as a snail. Then I saw my family in the front of the mall. Iwas happier than a squirrel in nut heaven.
Suddenly, my mom said i had to go with her to the mall. After I got dressed she took me to Arden Mall it was cool. I turned around for a second or two and she was gone. Crying a little bit I looked for her everywhere. I went up stairs looked in Libby Lu, Limited Too,and lots most. Then I was on the escalade and I just remembered about Hot Topic but I guessed she wasn’t there. Or was she there? I screamed her name 10 or 15 times. I smelt pretzles , and lots of food. I looked up and I saw a big poster saying FOOD COURT. After that I tripped and I could taste the blood while sobbing. after I double cheked the Food Court I said, ” I will go check Hot Topic.” I saw her waiting to buy a cartful of things. She said,” Where were you I thought I lost you.” I said, ” Me too” Then she told me all the stuff was for me because it was Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn, and Midnight Sun. Then we went to eat.
In Arden mall, I was looking at games. When I turned around my parents were gone. Curiously, I wondered where they were. Walking around the mall I smelled hot dogs. When I couldn’t see them I asked people “do you know where my parents are?” All of them said no. Then I yelled “Mom,Dad!” When no one responed, I had a great idea. I went to look for a police man. I saw an office that said police men inside. I ran to the office as, fast as a tornado. When I touched the door knob it felt cold as ice. When I came in I saw my parents talking to the police man. I heared them talking about me. When they turned around they gave me a big hug. Then we went home.
Usually we go to the mall, to buy toys and clothes. Walking down from the stairs we saw the store ”Disney.” So we went there to see what was over there at ”Disney.” The store had teddybears, toys, and clothes. All a sudden I looked around and my mom and dad weren’t there, and I got scared. ”Mom! Dad!” I said screaming. I went out the door of ”Disney” to go find my dad and mom. As I passed the food section it smelled like chicken wings with rice. I looked around and around and still no sign of my mom and dad. I went to Macy’s because my mom loved the dresses over there. I felt a hard fabric as it slide through my hand as I walk. I went out of Macy’s because my mom wasn’t in there. I went to the store that had fishing poles because my dad loved fishing. Still no sign of them. So I went back upstairs and went back to ”Disney” to check if they were overthere to find me. I got to ”Disney” and I saw my mom and dad looking for me saying ”Destiny!” After that they found me and we went shopping at ”Wet Seal.” Last we went to ”Mcdonals” near ”Walmart,” then we went home.
One day when I to the mall my famly was missing this is how it
happened
Inside the mall I went to go on the merry go round but when I came
back my famly was gone. Like a cheetah I ran to the front office
but nobody was there. So I decided to get a cheese burger it tasted
raw. So I threw it away then I heard a voice saying “Cuurrtiis
Cuurrtiis”. “Who is that? It is your mind oooh you sounded like a
ghost. ” What is that smell your on fire aah”. So I jumped in the
water fountain and put the fire out. Then I woke up and “I said mom dad and ran in there room but nobody was there…
I went to the bathroom at the mall then I came out and I couldn’t find my Grandma any more then so I looked outside then I smelled some pizza so I went there.and I went back to the store and I looked in every section,Ilooked almost in all stores.Then I heard her and she was in the VANS store.
One day I went to get a big pretzala and when I came back they were gone. At florin mall, I saw my freinds. I said to them, “would you help me find my parents”? They said,”yes we will help you find your parents. Where is the first place you would look. They might be in the toys section. soI told them to split up so they did.WeThey were in the bathroom.
Happily I look at the funny book .Then I turn around my mom is gone . I went look every where on the store I still don’t see her.I walk to other store “zizizi” I hear.”Hello ! mom wher..?”my mom cut me up “I bought some ….!” . ”Hello! hello ! hello!” my phone are dead .When I pass Buil a Bear Work Shop ,i thought i see my mom . But when I look back ,I dindn’t see her . Walking to the food place I smell file rice . the smell of it make me want to eat like I never eat .Then I thought I hear ”give me some food”. I know I can’t eat and I my have to find my mom . Thhen I run ,I saw phone . I get some penny I have left out use to call my mom.”Hello!, mom where you…?” My mom cut me and said ”kim come to the black and white cloth it have all petty cloth your side.. ..” then the phone stop I truy to get some more penny , but I use all. I truy to run fast as I can to get to the black and white cloth . I saw my mom then I run to her ,hug her and cryinglike I never stop. My mom ask me ” where did you go ?” . ”You where gone! ”. Then we eat the food and go home.
At the mall if I were lost I would try to find my family. Camly, I will tell someone that works at a store or told a police officer. I will ask myself ” where could they have gone?” I will also try to smell my mom’s strong perfume, look in some stores, and try to see if I could here them talking. Walking around the mall it wouldn’t be so easy to find my family because they are so many people and it is so crowded! Sometimes I would just find somewhere to stay and look there. They sometimes will find me or I will find them. I would wonder when will I find them I always hope I do. few minitues later I would have found them.
when I went to the mall I got lost. We were looking at my favoret store HOT TOPICK. Then i turned around and thay were not there. I got so scared. I had to chek all around the store to find them I even had to chek in the parking lot I went to chek in the car the car was there but they wher NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was rilly mad . so I went inside all mad. and then i went to the food cort and i found them i was happy and mad at the same time:).
Happily,at Arden mall I saw a really cute shirt,but my dad said I couldn’t buy it because I left my wallet with my mom.When I turned around they were gone.So I went to the store Sears because my parents like to shop thier.Yet no sighn I thought in my mined,that the can be anywhere.But luckly.the policeman said,”Are you lost I can help you find your parents?”Sire that would be helpful, now the police is going to use his walkie talkie.Finally.I found my parents.next we went back to the store to buy the shirt I wanted to buy after that we went home!
One day when my mom , my dad, and my little brother was walking in the mall, and I wanted to go to the candy shop. And when I went there my mom, my dad, and my little were gone. I was crying so much. I practicly looked on every store or shop. I looked in macys, the toy store and a bunch of other ones. I went to go sit in the car to see if they would come back but I couldn’t because it was locked. I walked around just to see if I could use someone’s phone. Surprisingly my mom was walking out side and I said ”I missed you so much.” And she said ”I missed you to”. And she said ”come on lets go home.
When I got lost I looked for them. I looked in the stores. And in the food court. It took me about a half an hour or so. I sat down for a minate. I thout I saw them but it wasent. I looked some more. Then I saw them by the founton. So I ran to them. I said I missed them. A LOT!!! I told them if we can go to the food court. Because it smelled good and it seemed like I can all most tast it.
Happily my parents and me went to the Arden Mall. Going to the Mall my brother said” finally were here now!” We stoped at a shoe store I saw some shoes that I realy liked. At the shoe store I stoped to look at some Nike’s that I realy liked. Then I turned around and my parents were gone I walked out the store and I told my self ”where did they go?” in a scared way. I just looked around and I could just see people walking around the store. It was as loud as big trucks working. So then I went to a cashwregester on the phone they anounced my name three times and nothing hapend so I waited for a little bit at the cashwregester. A little bit latter my brother and my parents yelled,”Lydia where are you!” realy loud that I heard them. I ran to them and said where were you guess at, and they said ”we went to the store right next to the store where you were at.” Then my mom said that’s why youre supposed to stay with us all the time. Then she said ”lets go home and watch a movie.
