Replacement of twenty-three (23) rooftop HVAC units and fifteen (15) Bard units with the addition of economizers to nine (9) existing rooftop HVAC units and all associated work.

Alarm and Clock System Replacement

Project Dates: April – November 2019

Fire alarm and clock systems replaced with upgraded technology.

Roofing – Phase 2

Project Dates: March – August 2018

Overlay of existing roofs with a new Energy Star rated, single-ply system on the administration, kindergarten, library, multi-purpose building, A/E/F wings, and classrooms D1-D5, D7 and D8.

Contractor: Commerical Waterproofers, Inc. (Sacramento, CA)

Roofing – Phase 1

Project Dates: July – August 2017

New roof installed on B & C Wing buildings to stop ongoing leaks and further damage to structures.

Contractor: California Single Ply, Inc. (Rocklin, CA)
